“I just wanted to email and say how fabulous our event was last week. It was for our clients; CTAM Europe, last Friday.

Cassandra was THE best person to deal with... from the first phone call when I was looking for a venue (which had to be confirmed within the day, as I needed to cancel the other venue that we’d outgrown) and she gave all the info I needed speedily and thoroughly and we made the decision based on the photos and info she gave etc.

I am quite “precise” let’s say and need everything in writing for our clients and Cassandra did it all perfectly. Honestly, she’s a dream to work with! And a lovely person too, of course.

Then... Mat.... technical and fabulous Mat! He knew everything that I needed to know for the clients, and told me quickly and professionally, so I could confirm to all the speakers that we had everything we needed for them. On the day itself he was wonderful, very professional with our speakers and panellists and really put them all to ease. The AV ran perfectly in his hands, and we didn’t have any problems at all.

The food was great, the staff are fabulous! I didn’t get all of their names, sorry, but Paulo the hospitality manager and a couple of his female staff too - all really looked after me as they knew I hadn’t eaten. Cassandra made sure to grab me some food before it went back. I’m big and would have fainted otherwise haha.

The venue is superb. We’re an agency and so have worked in many places in the UK and around Europe - and honestly it is one of the best. It’s a beautiful venue and both rooms together made the logistics of moving the delegates around etc so easy.

I do not have one complaint or even “maybe this could’ve been better” ... not one!

We’ll be back, I’m sure. And I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any clients or peers to 20 Cavendish Square.”
