Every meeting room at 20 Cavendish Square comes equipped with a 4K Ultra HD screen, Yealink videoconferencing compatible with Microsoft Teams and Zoom, wireless microphones, and complimentary Wi-Fi as standard. For most meetings, workshops, and training sessions, that’s everything you need, already in the room, already set up.
For larger events in the Cowdray Hall, our in-person AV package gives you the full confidence setup: a 10,000-lumen ceiling-mounted projector with four repeater screens, a full sound system, wireless and top-table microphones, stage, lectern, show laptop, seamless switcher, and a dedicated on-site technician to run it all. It’s designed so that you’re focused on your programme, not your tech stack.

Hybrid events fail for one reason more than any other: the production quality isn’t up to the task. A shaky camera feed or dropped stream undermines the experience for remote delegates and reflects poorly on the organiser.
Our Hybrid Package for the Cowdray Hall is built to broadcast standards. Three BirdDog PTZ cameras are deployed across the room, actively following and switching between speakers rather than sitting static on a single angle. Slides and camera feeds are mixed live using vMix, with custom presets built ahead of your event. In addition to your on-site AV technician, we provide a dedicated streaming technician to manage the technical side throughout the day, so both the room and the stream are covered.
We can deliver to any major platform: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Hopin, or a custom destination. If you want to go further, optional production enhancements are available, including branded lower thirds, custom backgrounds, and stinger transitions, giving your stream a genuinely polished, on-brand feel.
If you need a record of the day, we offer raw footage capture, edited highlight reels, and full post-production packages. The Highlight Reel package includes a pre-event briefing, a dedicated content capture technician, and three edited versions. Highlight Reel for Mindful Business Charter
For organisers that need professionally crafted video content beyond event capture, our AV team offer a full off-site video production service. From pre-production planning and multi-camera filming to colour grading and final delivery, it’s a fully managed service designed to produce content that feels polished and on brand.
This service is designed to capture leadership messages to staff, award-winning profile pieces, testimonial and case study interviews, and campaign films for internal or external use. Whether it’s a single talking head or a multi-camera production day, our AV team handle the full process.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the venue, providing 2.5 Mbps per device. This is sufficient for general browsing, email, and standard video calls. For events like live streaming, large delegate counts, and software demos, where connectivity is critical, we offer dedicated internet updates that give your event its own private line. Hard wired connects are also available for maximum reliability.
