Our historic venue is operated with modern, low-carbon systems:

• Powered entirely by 100% renewable electricity and gas (REGO and RGGO certified)
• LED lighting throughout, with timers and motion sensors to minimise energy use
• FSC and EU EcoLabel compliant stationery
• Multiple waste recycling streams, including dry mixed recycling, food waste and cardboard

Sustainable Catering with Impact

Technology & Event Services

We use technology and design to reduce waste and emissions:

• Digital signage and hybrid meeting options to minimise paper use and delegate travel
• Filtered tap water served in reusable glass bottles
• Recycled coasters and flipcharts for sustainable workshops
• Recycled notepads and pencils available on request only, reducing unnecessary waste

Our sustainable venue is located just minutes from Oxford Circus and Bond Street, we support low-carbon travel by:

• Encouraging all delegates to travel by public transport
• Secure cycle racks and cycle-to-work scheme for staff

Accessibility

• Step free access and accessible toilets on all floors
• Wellbeing room, mothering/prayer space, and hearing loops available
