- Multiple waste recycling streams, including dry mixed recycling, food waste and cardboard

We are proud to partner with Green & Fortune, a London-based B Corp Certified hospitality company committed to delivering sustainable catering for events, with a focus on responsible sourcing, seasonality and reducing environmental impact.
- Ingredients are sourced through a trusted network of responsible suppliers, with a strong emphasis on seasonal produce and supporting local and independent businesses.
- Menus prioritise locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, helping to reduce food miles and support a more sustainable, London-based supply chain.
- Dishes are designed to make full use of ingredients, reducing food waste through thoughtful menu planning and efficient preparation.
- Surplus food is managed responsibly, ensuring it is reused, redistributed or disposed of in line with sustainable event practices.
- Operations focus on lowering carbon impact and maintaining ethical, environmentally responsible standards across all areas of catering delivery.
- A field-to-fork approach, including produce from their own farm and transparent supply chains, supports quality, traceability and a reduced environmental footprint.

We use technology and design to reduce waste and emissions:
- Digital signage and hybrid meeting options to minimise paper use and delegate travel
- Filtered tap water served in reusable glass bottles
