Who are Green & Fortune

Green & Fortune are one of London’s most respected independent catering and hospitality companies. Founded in 2008, they’ve spent nearly two decades delivering catering and events across some of the capital’s most notable venues.

Their philosophy is built around three pillars: people, product, and personality. This philosophy is applied across everything from ingredient sourcing to how they hire and support their team. In 2025, they won the Best Venue Team award at the London Venue & Catering Awards. They also hold B Corp certification, which recognises businesses that meet verified social and environmental standards across their entire operation, not just their menus.

For 20 Cavendish Square, Green & Fortune aren’t a supplier arrangement. They’re our hospitality partner, operating within the venue. One team. One point of contact. No juggling separate suppliers on the day.

What This Means for Your Event

Food That Impresses

Delegates remember the food. Green & Fortune’s menus are seasonal and freshly prepared on-site. Beef and lamb come from their own Corneyside Farm in Northumberland, where Limousin X cattle and Texel lambs are grass-fed and free to roam. They follow a root-to-shoot, nose-to-tail policy, which means less waste and more considered cooking.

At least half of their core products come from local, independent producers. Seafood is sourced from Celtic Fish & Game, a Cornish company that fishes at maximum sustainable yield. Coffee is supplied by Old Spike, a Southwark-founded roaster whose profits directly fund support for people overcoming homelessness.

These are deliberate choices that not only improve the taste of the food but also reflect the values your organisation stands for.

Menus Built Around Your Event Format

From working breakfasts and day delegate packages to evening drinks receptions, Green & Fortune offer clear, thoughtful options for every event format. Their Food for Thought Menu is designed specifically to reduce food waste and make use of seasonal, underused ingredients without compromising on what ends up on your plate. This is the ideal menu if sustainability is a high priority.

All dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free, are accommodated as standard.

A Single Point of Contact

Catering is arranged through the venue team as part of your event enquiry. You won’t need to manage separate suppliers or coordinate across multiple contacts on the day. From the initial enquiry through to the final course, everything is run through one award-winning team.

Two Purpose-Led Organisations, Working Together

20 Cavendish Square is a not-for-profit venue. Every pound of profit from room hire goes directly to the Royal College of Nursing, the body that has represented nurses in the UK since 1916. Green & Fortune are B Corp-certified, pay above the London Living Wage, and have raised over £250,000 for charity through their annual events.

This partnership reflects a shared alignment: that a well-run event and a responsible one are not exclusive priorities. For event organisers who care about where their budget goes, booking at 20 Cavendish Square means the venue and the catering are pulling in the same direction.
