The choice of menu depends on a variety of factors including the type of event, the audience, the number of people, the time of day, budgets, food allergies and special dietary requirements to name but a few!

Food plays a vital role in an event, it brings people together, it provides important networking opportunities and most importantly it is enjoyed and remembered. If poor quality food is presented then no matter how good the event itself was, it will ultimately effect the overall success. Budgets certainly come into consideration but good food doesn’t have to cost the earth so even if budgets are tight, you can still deliver a great culinary experience when working with quality caterers. Food doesn’t have to be exotic to be different or flamboyant to be impressive.
