We know it’s a cliché but our team really are passionate about what we do and are dedicated to making sure that no detail is left to chance. We thrive on building good relationships and exceeding expectations. No two events are the same which is why we are always on hand to answer any questions that arise. We are an experienced team with years of knowledge but should a question come up that we don’t know the answer to then we will always find someone who does.
All of our clients have the same point of contact from the beginning right through until the end giving reassurance and peace of mind at every stage.
Flexibility is the key
Changes to the plan are not uncommon! Even at the last minute, there can be surges on numbers, something that our team are well rehearsed in dealing with. Don’t panic, just let us know as soon as possible and we will come up with a solution. There are simple things that we can do such as rearranging furniture, in extreme cases we have even been able to order in larger furniture and reduce the size of the stage to accommodate last minute changes in numbers. We will work within a client’s budget and timings to offer the best advice.
A supportive back up team
The whole team at 20 Cavendish Square are ready to offer extra support wherever possible. We will always do our utmost to make sure that every detail is just right. We are the kind of team that will kick our heels off and get furniture moving if needs be. We are lucky enough to have a great extended team too who are all very reactive and will help when required. We are there to offer moral support, calm nerves and instil efficiency.
Technology is great – when it works! No-one wants their event to be spoilt because of a technical glitch. That is why we always have a technical team on site to offer support. They are a great team who are very knowledgeable and very friendly too. They attend regular courses to keep their skills up to date and are always looking at current trends and new opportunities to improve our services. Clients love Matt and we are very much looking forward to having our new addition Gary this month to complete the team.
We have also started venturing into creating a live streaming package. This is due to the feedback from clients on what they would like in addition to the service we already offer. We trialed this in March and it was very successful.
Have your cake and eat it!
When it comes to catering, event food should never be dull or second rate. Some of our favourite events have been when we are allowed to play around with the menus. The chefs love a new challenge and this creates the perfect opportunity for them.

Over the last 5 years, we built up over 230 clients. The vast majority of these clients re book time and time again. We can’t ask for a better testimonial that that!
