We are excited to announce that Seasoned, the renowned venue management and event catering experts, have been awarded a three-year contract to provide catering services at 20 Cavendish Square.
The Seasoned culinary team, supported by nutritionist and registered dietitian Helen Phadnis, will introduce a range of well-balanced, nourishing hospitality menus designed to boost energy and engagement. All menus will be freshly made from scratch in our onsite kitchens using the finest locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, ensuring a professional and unrivalled service for all.
Seasoned is collaborating with social entrepreneur Pranav Chopra, founder of NEMI teas, to create an innovative new café solution at 20 Cavendish Square. Together, we will open a second ‘Trampoline’ social enterprise café, embodying the RCN’s core values and creating a positive social impact through employment and training opportunities.
The original ‘Trampoline’ café in Angel’s Camden Passage was founded to help London’s refugee community integrate, train, and become independent citizens. We are thrilled to bring this inspiring concept to our premises, offering a delicious new café menu crafted by Trampoline’s resident Chef Yogeswaran ‘Yogi’ Sivakolundu. The menu will feature a unique mix of British, Indian, and Sri Lankan flavours, bringing a vibrant and friendly atmosphere to Cavendish Square.
Charles Beer, Senior Partner of Seasoned, expressed his enthusiasm: “We are honoured to partner with the Royal College of Nursing, highlighting our commitment to building outstanding relationships that deliver mindful culinary excellence and positive social impact. Our collaboration with Pranav and Chef Yogi aligns perfectly with our shared values, and we look forward to providing meaningful employment and training opportunities to economic migrants and refugees in the new ‘Trampoline’ café.”
Andy Cowan, Business Director at the Royal College of Nursing, added: “After a thorough procurement process, we are delighted to welcome Seasoned as our new hospitality partner at 20 Cavendish Square. Their flexible approach and delicious food offerings will greatly enhance our clients’ meetings and events. The Trampoline café is an exciting addition, supporting refugee communities and bringing an innovative lunchtime option to the W1 area.”
Please join us in welcoming Seasoned and the Trampoline café to our RCN family. We look forward to the wonderful culinary experiences and positive impact they will bring to our community.
