We’re Freezing Prices (Yes, Really!)
Enjoy today’s rates for tomorrow’s events. For a limited time, you can still book your favourite spaces at the 2025 prices. Book meeting rooms, training spaces and event rooms in W1 at last year’s rate for a limited time.
From May 2026, we’ll be making a small adjustment to our room hire rates across 20 Cavendish Square.
But until then, nothing’s changing, which means you’ve got a couple of months to book your event at last year’s rate.
What’s included in the price freeze?
- Main Conference Spaces, like Cowdray Hall & Council Room
- Large Meeting Rooms: still held at last years rate
- Boardrooms and Workshop Spaces: Yep, also frozen!
Essentially, all meeting rooms and conference spaces stay at 2025 prices for any new bookings made between February–April 2026.
Why we’re doing this
Planning events in central London can be… a bit of a puzzle. Expectations change, guest lists grow, but budgets don’t always follow. So while operational costs are rising everywhere, we wanted to offer some stability. Freezing prices gives clients a little breathing room and makes planning that bit easier.
This freeze helps you:
- Secure great rates before they adjust
- Lock in dates until May 2026
- Keep your event budget happy
- Still get the same top-quality service, AV support, and the good coffee
A quick heads up
Prices will increase, but only slightly (think around +£200 for the main conference room and +£100 for meeting rooms per day).
