Small Conferences of up to 60 delegates
If you’re planning a small conference in Central London, our comfortable, fully equipped rooms are the perfect choice. We offer a selection of spaces ideal for groups of up to 60 delegates. Rooms such as Agnes Hunt, Annie Altschul and Rosalind Paget offer flexible layout options can include theatre, boardroom, cabaret, and classroom styles. You can also book additional rooms for a separate catering space, allowing guests room to network and take a break from the main conference space.

For larger events, Cowdray Hall and the historic Council Room offer the space and atmosphere you need. Cowdray Hall is ideal for keynote presentations and large group sessions, while the Council Room adds a wow-factor with its elegant period features. Together, these rooms can host up to 180 attendees, combining impressive Georgian architecture with modern amenities to create a memorable conference experience.

Located next door to Cowdray Hall, the Council Room also serves as a convenient space for networking and catering. A dedicated registration area welcomes guests and sets the tone for the day. When hired together, these spaces enable smooth event registration, breakout sessions, and transitions between presentations and refreshment areas. This layout allows for a seamless flow from arrival to departure—ideal for a professional, high-impact event in Central London.

Cowdray Hall features a large projection screen, with multiple Ultra HD wall mounted TV screens around the room. Microphones, video conferencing equipment, and complimentary internet in included in all bookings. Our in-house AV team provides tailored support throughout your event. You can focus on delivery while we ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Bespoke Package and Add-ons
