Small Meetings of up to 40 Guests

Host intimate and focused meetings at 20 Cavendish Square in one of our smaller rooms. Ideal for groups of 15 to 40 guests. These spaces offer natural light, modern AV facilities, and comfortable layouts that support productivity. Layouts include boardroom, classroom, or small theatre-style seating to suit your needs.

These rooms also work as breakout spaces for larger events, offering quiet spaces for group work, discussions, or private meetings. The elegant Georgian interiors combined with modern upgrades make them a professional yet welcoming setting.

Large Meetings of up to 180 Guests

For bigger events, our spacious spaces like Cowdray Hall and Council Room offer the scale needed to make an impact, with spaces for up to 180 guests.

Cowdray Hall’s high ceilings and large windows bring in natural light, while the Council Room’s original Georgian detailing creates a unique backdrop. Hosting your meeting in a historical space fosters creativity, inspires engagement, and encourages networking by creating a sense of occasion.

These spaces can be used separately or together, allowing for a main session and breakout, registration, or catering area.

 

Room Features

For medium-sized meetings of up to 60 guests, rooms such as Rosalind Paget, Annie Altschul and Agnes Hunt provide an adaptable, professional setting. All spaces come equipped with advanced audio-visual equipment, flexible layouts, and plenty of natural light. This creates a comfortable and practical environment for productive meetings.

Select from our popular set menus or work with our team to create a bespoke offering. All dietary needs are catered for, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.

For something informal, guests can also visit the Trampoline Café, a vibrant social enterprise run by members of London’s refugee community. It’s the perfect spot to grab a quick coffee or tasty lunch, all whilst supporting a great cause.

Agnes Hunt is a bright, modern meeting room and event space which overlooks Oxford Street. Benefiting from natural daylight it offers flexible layout options for capacities up to 40 people. Remove the partition wall and combine with the Annie Altschul room for a max capacity of 90.
