Day Delegate Rates
Our Day Delegate Rate (DDR) packages bring everything a full day needs into a single per-person price. Room hire, catering from our partners Green & Fortune, and a dedicated team on-site, all in one convenient package. There's no need for add-ons, giving you the freedom to focus on what matters most: your event.
Two ways to book
Day Delegate Rate packages – from £77 per person
A single per-person price with room hire, refreshments and a Green & Fortune lunch all included. A HD 4K TV screen and a Yealink unit for Microsoft Teams and Zoom are included for meeting room packages; Cowdray Hall events require an AV package, charged separately.
Room hire only – from £400 per day
Hire a boardroom or meeting room by the full or half day and add catering to suit. Best for shorter sessions, board meetings or events that run to their own format.

What every Day Delegate Rate includes
Every DDR package runs from 8.00am to 5.00pm and includes:
Meeting room DDR packages also include a HD 4K TV screen, a Yealink unit for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and a flipchart. For events in Cowdray Hall, an In-Person or Hybrid AV Package is required and charged separately.
Cowdray Signature Package
Our most generous catering package, with a fully integrated Green & Fortune service.
- Arrival – Continental breakfast, freshly brewed teas and coffee, whole fruit
- Mid-morning – Teas and coffee with baker’s mixed bites
- Lunch – Standing buffet with three dishes, breads, a sweet selection, teas and coffee
- Afternoon – Teas and coffee with Green & Fortune cookies
Available in the Cowdray Hall or the Council Room.
£83 to £95 per person
Cowdray Club Package
A full day of fresh, seasonal catering with all the essentials covered.
- Arrival – Hoxton Bakehouse baked treats, whole fruit bowl, teas and coffee
- Mid-morning – Teas and coffee with biscuits
- Lunch – Chef’s selection of three salads with warm meat, fish and vegan protein, whole fruit bowl, teas and coffee
- Afternoon – Teas and coffee with cake selection
Available in the Cowdray Hall or the Council Room.

The Square Club Package
Seasonal catering for full-day meetings, training sessions and smaller conferences.
- Arrival – Hoxton Bakehouse baked treats, whole fruit bowl, teas and coffee
- Mid-morning – Teas and coffee with biscuits
- Lunch – Chef’s selection of three salads with warm meat, fish and vegan protein, whole fruit bowl, teas and coffee
- Afternoon – Teas and coffee with cake selection
Available across the Annie Altschul, Agnes Hunt, Peggy Nuttall, Rosalind Paget, and Edith Cavell rooms. Annie Altschul and Agnes Hunt are divided by a retractable wall, so they can be booked separately or opened into a single larger space.

The Purpose Package – for registered charities
Special rates, designed to support and recognise those working to make a difference, fitting for a venue where every booking supports the Royal College of Nursing.

- Mid-morning – Teas and coffee with biscuits
- Lunch – Chef’s selection of three salads with warm meat, fish and vegan protein, whole fruit bowl, teas and coffee

Mondays: 15% discount | Fridays: 10% discount
Good to know: Minimum numbers apply to all packages, and a room hire supplement may apply below minimum numbers. Discounted rates are available for off-peak dates and registered charities.
Room hire only
Hire a room by the full or half day and add catering to suit, from light refreshments to a full package. Every meeting room includes complimentary Wi-Fi, filtered water, a HD 4K TV screen, a Yealink unit for Microsoft Teams and Zoom, and a flipchart, with dedicated onsite support throughout the day.
Cowdray Hall does not include AV within the room hire; an In-Person or Hybrid AV Package will need to be added. Our team can advise on the right option when you enquire.
